How to get started: instructions for registering on the IAESTE portal

The process is simple – start by registering on the international IAESTE platform iaeste.org/employers-page, where the company creates an account and gains access to the interface for posting internship offers. In a clear online form, the employer defines the parameters of the internship: job title, job description, required skills (e.g., programming languages, research methods, CAD software, laboratory procedures), preferred field of study, language skills, expected duration of the internship, and remuneration, which should at least cover the intern's basic living expenses at the place of work.

After the offer is submitted, it is approved by the IAESTE national office. Then, suitable candidates are selected from partner countries. The company can meet the selected candidate in advance, for example through an online interview, or confirm the assignment immediately.
