"Today, when I sit on the other side of the table during interviews, especially with candidates with less than three years of experience, I look to see if they have done something extra. Whether they were afraid to travel, live alone abroad, or speak a foreign language. Whether they can take care of themselves and find solutions when needed... And those are exactly the things that an IAESTE internship says in your resume."
Interns are only entitled to reimbursement of living expenses in the country where the internship is provided. No other obligations applicable to employee wages are payable.
Internships are offered year-round, with a minimum duration of 2 months and a maximum duration of one year. During this time, it is possible, for example, to provide high-quality training to an intern for future work for your company in their home country.
